Tapi River Lodge

Manager was happy to leave a massive party of people carry on with loud music, drinking and trying to come into our rooms when they were looking for somewhere to sleep up in till 4am. Very poor service

No security at the gate, the receptionist is always awol, we had to go around the entire farm to get help, water is horrible to drink,Location: 2/5

I enjoyed my stay here. Covid protocols were observed, the area where we had our event was clean and set up was beautifully . The food? Yummy one needed a nap after that meal and I cannot thank the staff enough for listening carefully understanding what is being asked of them and serving with love and care... Please keep this up.

The lady was not accommodative unprofessional attire dressed in tracksuits no facemask. No one to attend to customers at the reception we had to make phone calls & unfriendly as though she was doing us a favour.Rooms: 2/5
