Having a passion for anything sweet is what made me follow my dreams. Of course, a mom that from a young age passed on her passion for anything and everything to do with food surely did help! Love ya Mom!
Wow, what a journey it has been. Started my Pastry journey in South Africa training and working with some of the best in Joburg. Then off to the UK to learn the international trends and getting shouted and screamed at by the best. Working at a two awesome restaurants and having Exec Chefs that challenged me on a daily basis to better my techniques and skills was an absolute blessing. Had the opportunity to cook for some huge celebs and even the Queen, was absolutely mind blowing.
