This establishment is nonsense, I once arrived there late from driving thousand kilos & they made me book so suddenly there’s no water after they said to me, I have to sort myself out. The lady was rude & she was using the telephone for her personal issues instead of giving me full attention. Taung Tusk staff need training & workshop when coming to providing “ Service” & they must be taught about customer satisfaction.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Room was comfortable. Hotel building itself needs maintenance work.
This place is no more in it's original state like in the then Bophuthatsawa government. From the entrance, the garden is dirty, the main hotel entrance, the ceiling is falling apart which is a danger and hazard to the guests. The keys to the hotel rooms are not enough, the master key is borrowed to the guests, tv's are not working, doors to the hotel entrance are broken, the basins in the rooms are blocked, the surrounding hotel area is hazardous as the grass is high. Most of the surrounding lights are broken, there's no backup generator during loadshedding, meaning guests must just go to their rooms to sleep or use cellphones lights, eish if I have to elaborate, it will take me two to three days. May God send and angel to safe our beloved hated Bophuthatsawa places from the haters.

Used to be a great place, ceiling is falling apart, bathrooms don't have fans that extract bad oddours, the place just need proper care and maintanance. Food was great.
Hotel dirty, not look after, pool very dirty. Bathroom tabs not working properly had to change the rooms. TV not clear when we enquired we were told maintanance is gone and they forgot to report the problem so we had to spend the night without TV. Very very very poor service.

I was very very very let down by a LOT of things, felt the Hotel School brand was being tarnished here. 1. No working kettles in the room 2. No tv remote controls 3. The WiFi advertised only works in the foyer and ONLY the tech person had the code - that person knocks off @ 5pm so no code! 4. No selection of yorghuts at breakfast - none! 5. Staff deserves to be treated better than they are currently - please improve on how you treat your staff, they deserve more as they are the only saving grace to this place.
