Excellent service! No matter what time you call, Tendai goes the extra mile, he has never let us down, especially now days with this load shedding and I'm on oxygen, he is always on board to ensure my generater is working so I can have  oxygen....

Unbelievable service! Our generator broke down and TC Faith Generators came to our rescue even on Easter Sunday and Monday! We had a new generator up and running within 2 days. Please look no further when looking for a company to help with any of your generator requirements. Extremely impressive service!

Great service...arranged a first meeting for inspection...arrived when they said they would, was very knowledgeable about my generator, despite having not installed it.  Battled to find certain struts, but kept me updated until part was found and installed...really appreciated the service!

Definitely terrible service, they call themselves 24/7 service and can't even assist me at 5pm on a Monday

The owner and his “technician” “tested” a generator at my premises and, after consulting in their mother tongue,decided that it needed a new alternator @ R5500. This seemed suspicious and I got a second opinion, and it turned out to be only the AVR that needed replacement @ R770 ! Once you entrust them with your generator you have very little recourse, so PLEASE BEWARE! There ARE REPUTABLE businesses in town. Executive Lawnmowers saved me R4740.00 ! Yes, Tendai did apologise afterwards, but only after this came to light, so just do your homework…
