I've waited for 30 minutes to get assistance the guys were just standing there staring at me while smoking. I will never use that garage anymore.
The worst service station ever. No discounts aimed for the customers are passed. Loyalty programs ignored
Very slow service... u need to hve mre time to get fuel
If you in a rush rather drive past to another garage they mostly have two to four pumps working, they got a pick and pay express and FNB ATM , one air pump for tires apparently they put one because they get stolen
Service is good I got assistance after my debit card declined, they did have a patient with me until I got cash
Super busy, but has a Pick n Pay, which is convenient. It's a usual BP but I didn't like the fact that I couldn't get my air pumped as all the pumps were not in use. This happened in July 2021.
Parking always full of unused park it's like a parking garage and we suffer when we want to park and use the shop..pumps are sometimes not working.
No ideal at all except for desperate petrol need
This BP turns to be congested at certain times Those Swazin Robots makes it worse..
The fillers are very slow, and they sometimes run out petrol imagine driving to a garage and finding out that they are out of petrol.... I've experienced this twice at the BP
