I was involved in an accident in Johanesburg/Woodmead area at 15:52 the afternoon on my way home in the Vaal. I struggled to get someone to assist me to get my Vehicle in Vereeniging and to get me home. Rudi from Tech Auto phoned me and told me that he will come and fetch my vehicle and take it to their shop. He was constantly in contact with me until he arrived at the scene. He made me feel comfortable immediately on his arrival. It was a long day. Rudi even had water in case i got thirsty. He took me all the way to the workshop in Vereeniging where he also allowed me to take one of their courtesy vehicles without any hesitation. This is the best service I ever had in this bad situation. Thank you Rudi and the Tech Auto Body team for your great service. This would of been a 5 star rating all the way, until I fetched the car. Left it trusting that it would be free from tampering hands. How wrong I was!!!! All the electric windows were in the closed position and they worked when the car was left at the premises. Mmmmm different story when I fetched the car, rear right window open, and was not able to wind up, in fact none of the windows worked, up or down. Once home I checked the fusses, they were all good. Removed the inner door panel drivers side, gee whizz the connector had been disconnected. Wonder why I wonder why
