Teletubbie Pre School

Enrolled my kids there when they were three. The place was overcrowded and it was evident that the children were not given as much attention and care, as my kids always had moderately severe suspicious injuries I was never informed about: my boy had a pus-filled swollen finger which seemed to have been caused by a hard door slam. I was not informed. Owner is hardly ever there, very little correspondence following incidents like children's injuries, etc. Staff is not very friendly and can hardly tell you precise information. Raised a complaint once and in 2022 I finally enrolled my kids to another creche; since then the owner has given us unpleasant attitude. We paid hefty fees and you'd think the children were eating decent food, only to find out later that they ate macaroni with tomato sauce, among other food. My children were sick 3 out of 4 weeks every month and hardly ate anything, and they are not sickly children. I urge parents to pay attention to their children, don't miss the red flags! I highly recommend Wakker Rakker as a safe environment with very friendly staff and people who truly take excellent care of our children. Teachers always keep us informed on our children's progress and know each child by name. My kids are the way I know them to be, happy, healthy and thriving, thank you Sanet Oosthuisen and staff!
