I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service I received from Teljoy. I am appalled by the incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by your staff Bradwyn Mitchell. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. Firstly, the representative I spoke to on the phone was unhelpful. They seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns and rushed through the conversation without providing any satisfactory solutions. It was evident that he lacked the necessary training and knowledge to handle customer inquiries effectively. This level of service is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company. I expect better treatment as a paying customer.
Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. They advertise these so called amazing combo deals, let you go through the entire application process and have you pay to only tell you that they do not actually have stock of the items you have already ordered. Getting any update at all from this company has been harder than drawing blood from concrete, constantly told the consultant will call you back and update you but NEVER, not once have they ever made contact, forever having to keep on calling them back for something as simple as an ETA for delivery. Utterly pathetic company. 10/10 would rate to be burned down to the ground and use the ashes in your braai, only thing they are actually good for
Getting emails from them saying my account is arrears, and that they going to put me on the fraud list, and that they going to send out someone to collect my stuff. Ive send them all the proof of payments where it indicates that I pay them R200 a month more. So I phoned in and the lady said they busy sorting that out, and that they could see my account is actually not in arrears, just to receive another email 3 days later showing my account is in arrears. Im sick of mailing them my POP and they not doing anything about it, and best is this is having an affect on my credit score. But frankly they dont care.
Teljoy is there to take your money, even when the appliance TV is broken and you have to wait a month for a reaction from then. They just deduct the money from our account for a broken TV and we still waiting for them to exchange it. Don't go with them you will be very disappointed and there is no after service. Overall their service is above pathetic.
If you want to order something from them don't expect good service. No one gets back to you. We ordered something with them going on 3 weeks and guess what, still waiting. They don't even bother to tell you if something is delayed or not, they just don't provide feedback.
It is with a sad heart I need to write the review. Tejoy is a great company, but when it comes down to trying to contact their accounts department, to make payment plans, to prevent the account from going to arrears, you cannot get feedback or they don't understand the situation, but as soon as it goes over to deal flow, who is their legal team regarding accounts in arrears, they are quick to tell you, you need to pay x amount a month, but when you try to speak to them about paying less than the x amount, due to not being able to have that amount and trying to arrange a lesser payment, until you can pay the agreed amount, they tell you straight, "If you cannot pay it, send me your address and we will collect it and list you for fraud with SAFPS". I try to explain it to them, that I will pay the agreed amount, once I can, as I am struggling financially to support a household. Then after various requests for a manager to call me, they say a manager will call and until now, no call has been received from a manager. I hope you see this review and to hear from a manager, as I feel I have been disrespected, for trying to arrange a lesser payment than agreed upon for the time being, until I can pay the full amount. This whole experience left me with a sour taste towards teljoy and their legal team.
I've hired a skyworth smart tv @ teljoy ,they delivered it within a few days but when the tv came it was broken ,it's working but the top part by the screen is broken .I've send several emails ,messages ,called them but they're still waiting for the technical team it's almost 3 months now .The debit went off twice but I refused to pay for a faulty product and won't pay for it .Your service is poor and useless .I've asked for cancelation but nothing .
SCAM!! They a so full off bull s!th. Every claim we submit4 claims to date in 9 months, it takes about 2 weeks for them to come out. Then we are told that they need to order parts, just to be told ANOTHER week later they don't cover ANYTHING. Was told we need to turn our fridge off, and they will come and repair it within 2 days, fast forward a week and all our good have gone bad and they suddenly don't cover the claim anymore. Don't waste your money, all they cover is insulation and lose *****s. Useless costumer service, when we asked why we were told it will be fixed and then some days later that they don't cover the claim, they simply said they made a mistake and its now out problem. No value saved with them. Rather put some cash aside, and pay it yourself because i promise you, whatever your claim is, “its not covered”
This review is my personal experience and a similar one can be found on the Nucleus Logistics reviews Each person's experience is unique and regardless of the negative reviews in this section, I can say that I recieved not only efficient service from both Teljoy and Nucleus... but Palesa Violet was professional, polite and friendly. She explained everything to me, answered my questions and within a week, my order was delivered. The tracking number and the website didn't seem to work, that seems a common complaint and from my experience, needs addressing. However, after placing my order the previous Friday, then getting a confirmation of details call from Palesa, I recieved an sms on the following Friday from Teljoy to say the package was on route and it was delivered on Monday. It is amazing, especially in the current climate of dismal customer service in South Africa, to experience this level of outstanding service from Nucleus and Teljoy. No I'm not an employee, friend, family or relative of either company or any employee of either company and no I have not been paid to write this. Like I said, everyone's experience is different and I can't speak for anyone else... but if they can deliver this level of service consistently, people will be flocking to both Teljoy and Nucleus. Deeply grateful, really appreciated.
Waste of Time - don't rent from them, our washing machine breaks they log a call with HiSense could have done that myself and we must wait a week for the washing machine to be fetched.not fixed- fetched Really!
