Great Customer service. No long queues. I was assisted by Thulani and Siphesihle who were very Friendly & efficient,they were well informed and patient even after millions of questions they still we patient enough to make sure that we got everything we needed.

All thanks to lady called Maria if I remember the lady name, she gave me the best customer service. For the fact that she respects one language it awesome for me, how she explained everything it awesome. I must say compliment how they follow the customer safety by strictly following the Covid 19 regulations. Thanks to the guy manages the lines who ensures that I didn't get his name. Even it was during lunch time they managed to ensure that they don't keep the customers for long time. Happy new clients.

Good shop, no queues, great displays and helpful staff. The service is quick the general experience was good.

The service here is a 5star service. The best service ever. From the manager to all the other staff members. Such service is rare to find nowadays.

Service wasn't the greatest...got advised though to never order anything online with telkom yhey deliberately send you defective products....thanks to the employees here we now know this

It was my 3rd time here and like the 1st and 2nd I had to wait long before being serviced and this is months apart.

I am very disappointed i went to take out a contract 22 december 2022 and i took a watch with the phone and I'm still waiting no feedback my messages are being ignore its been more than a month later

I was not happy at all with the way they handled my problem, still not happy. I have been dealing with Telkom since 1968 since they discontinued the cable landlines and replaced it with prepaid phones things didn't, work well. With all the loadshedding and interruptions they could never help you , so I could not recharge my airtime now they have discontinued my contract with them which I had for many years without informing me about it, I still bought a R100 recharge voucher to re-charge my phone which I couldn't , now it is my loss. They want to force me to take out another contract which doesn't"/ suit me , telling me the one I had which they gave me no longer exist . I don't know who else to contact about this matter.

Good customer service but very slow.Waited in a que while there were people in the store.
