If I could give a nil star I would...There is a lady with red hair and spectacles her attitude stinks... I will never use that Telkom branch ever again. If the store closes at 6pm then don't let customers walk in after 17h30 instead of rushing us and wearing a sour face because you want to close the shop and go home.

DO NOT CHANGE TO TELKOM. DO NOT USE TELKOM. Every upgrade that I have gotten they never have the deals that are advertised. How can you advertise a special and not have stock? I phone around and finally when they eventually pick up, i find the deal and ask them to keep it I was on my way, just to get there and find out they gave it away. Just a "there is nothing we can do about it." Last upgrade I has to travel 1200 km to Johannesburg to get the upgrade.

Wow, superb customer service The lady, Nwabisa Deli was so polite and great to assist me with Data Sim Swop, and service delivery. No waiting , and Wholla Customer Centricity at its best. Will recommend all my friends and family

Whilst having to wait 20min for assistance with very little if any other customers around, the service proved to be quick and efficient.

This is by far the best Telkom store I have ever encountered. The manager Pumeza is so knowledgeable and has a calming effect. I’ve had a billing issue since February this year and after 100+ calls and even more escalations and cases logged no one was able to resolve my issue. But within a week of her assisting me everything was up and running. I would recommend their services to everyone

i have been phoning the entire day, no answer. our wifi was switched off on allegations that we did not pay for March. we queried this on Monday, summitted proof of payment in the branch. we were told that it will take 2 to days for connection to be restored. what an inconvenience seeing that my kids are struggling with school work. what a shame as I cannot cancel as i am bound by a 2 year contact. poor service from such a big company, its a shame. I am beyond disgusted.

The store was okay. The queue system was a bit messy as it wasn't working lol its funny when you think it works better at McDonald's or kfc lol. And policy of not being able to change a land line debit order date is insane but hey its just another case of they don't care

Great Service from Portia at Telkom in Greenacres shop. She is very efficient and she knows what she is doing. She makes sure that u won't leave the shop sad or not helped... I want to give her more and more stars.
