Very helpful. Friendly service. They always try their best to accommodate as soon as they can. One improvement can be to be more time efficient. If an appointment is at 14:00, people rarely like waiting untill 15:00 to be helped, also being as busy as you are, it's maybe time to employ more nurses.
Seems if your not known or not in their favorite books you will be treated like an outsider. Since starting going there was never given info on my status, never a follow up appointment. When ever my meds are almost up I must call and hope can be assisted. Is it cause it's an NGO that they gave the DO NOT CARE attitude????? Very sad and disappointed......
Friendly staff. That's about it. Service wise ... 0
