Before I moved over to TenacIT, I was with Cool Ideas, and I had endless problems and excuses from them which made me move over to TenacIT and I couldn't be happier! All the issues that Cool Ideas blamed on my fibre provider have magically disappeared since I switched to TenacIT, even though my fibre provider has remained the same. I highly recommend TenacIT!
