My hair appointment was for 10 My husband also came to have his hair cut and by the time he was finished Nico had not even looked at me or even acknowledge I was there even though he was sitting chatting a metre away I eventually left and found another hair dresser Customer service shocking

Nico from tenacity, did the most amazing hairdo for me today, and the whole vibe is amazing, it feels like you with your family when you sitting there, all the staff are amazing

What a great salon to go to! I went from Durban North, & of course Bron is just the most amazingly talented stylist ever. Worth the trip from Cambodia just to have one of her magic haircuts!!! Well done Tenacity Hair Salon, you're amazing!!!!

Perfect salon for colour and the unusual touch. Prices are great, everyone is very friendly. Nice vibe. My daughter has her hair done there whenever she is visiting from Bejing.
