It was my first time to set foot in South Africa yet the most memorable one! I took the NCLEX-RN exam from this testing center last February 2022 after the surge of omicron. Fortunately, the travel restrictions were lifted so I was able to sit the test. Imagine I flew all the way from Doha, took an 8-hour flight just to take this exam! When I took the test, there were only 5 computers available. It was very limited at that time due to COVID-19. The room was small but cozy. They had water dispenser inside. If you need to go to the toilet, it is located outside their office, near the lift. All of the staff were kind, polite, and professional. This testing center is strategically located inside Sandton City Shopping Mall. There's a café at the lobby. There is also a reception and will ask you where you're heading. Just tell them that you need to go to Pearson and they will tell to you that it is located at the 6th floor. I highly suggest to check in at DaVinci Hotel and Suites on Nelson Mandela Square as it is located right across the building where Pearson is located. You can even access the mall from the 2nd floor of the hotel so you don't have to cross the street. I finished my exam at 7pm and the mall closes at 7pm so I didn't get the chance to shop around while I was there. To cut the long story short, YES, I PASSED THE NCLEX!

Hi there, please tell me if I can use my South African ID, Drivers License for the PTE Academic UKVI at your center. My passport is with the TLS center with a visa application and I need to have an English test soon. I read some great reviews about your testing center. Please let me know :

Hi there. I am trying to schedule AMC MCQ exam for Feb 2024 at your venue but it looks like dates are only available until Nov 2023. When will you release dates for next year so that we can book online?

Checked in for exam the proctor eventually greeted me and said she couldn't hear me, i check to make sure my mic was working which it was. After 30 minutes wait the vue app have me a notification that there was some sort of error and when closing and reloading the app my access code was invalid. The customer service on the website is just FAs and no actual assistance.

Tanya at the Sandton office is so rude on the phone and unhelpful.She never knows anything and rudely hangs up on the phone.I have had to deal with her rudeness 3times already and would really appreciate it if she on her part could be more informed about simple questions regarding pearsonVue.She did not know a simple question about verification expiration.I am appalled by her incompetence and her lack of knowledge about an institution she works for.Her attitude is also very distasteful

I'm trying to register for a PTE exam and I observe that this centre is no longer authorized for PTE academic exams. What happened?

These guys are absolutely amazing. They are kind, compassionate and very professional. I cant remember the name of the man and the lady who helped me last Saturday but I just wanna say " Thank you" .Sometimes small gestures can make a big difference in people's life. Keep is going.

What an amazing experience!!! Where to start! 1. Facility was Clean and well kept 2. Staff were friendly, understanding and empathetic. 3. Instructions were clear and precise and if you had any questions the team are more than happy to answer them. 4. Systems all worked and their their procedures make the place run like clockwork. Gerald, thank you very much for taking the time to explain and put me at ease, what an amazing person!!! Things to know, 1. You can only enter the premises 30 minutes before your actual exam time. If you an hour early you can walk around Sandton City until 30 minutes before your exam 2. You need identification that has a photo and a signature so bring your drivers or passport. SA ID books are NOT permitted!!!. 3. Lockers have a locking mechanism so no need to bring your own lock. 4. Bring only what you need into the facility and nothing extra. Rather leave your extra stuff in your car. 5. Parking is in Sandton city itself and I don't think they validate parking so prepare to pay Sandton city prices for parking. I was there for about 5 hours and paid R70. Overall great facility and proficient staff. Will definitely recommend this facility if you need to do exams

Good day. I am writing a very complex international board exam on the 13nth of march with quite complex calculations. It is possible to kindly request physical paper and pen to perform the calculations because last time I sat for the exam in march 2021 they only provide the water markers with a yellow like writing pad which was so inconvenient
