One of the best stops in the heart of Burgersfort. An experience to remember . The place is so lovely,it was so packed. But be aware of loosing all your money including savings. Gamble responsibly and know when to stop otherwise you will live your life with regrets Rooms: 4/5
I must just salute and command the General Manager of the hotel, what an honorable woman with such an amazing personality and her presence demand attention. I give her a 10 our of 10 stars on her own Safety: This place is very safe and secure, and the security staff is very friendly
It's is a good place but the rooms often have noise as a result the doors between the rooms. If the gym can be improved and allow room service, your facility will be the best.Rooms: 3/5
Was the yesterday,6/4/23 place looks good, reception not bad at all, passing through the casino just by the passage there was some bad smell not sure where was it coming from...food just average, rooms, lamp on the left hand side of the bed at room 210 had no bulb. Can I suggest, remove the safe where it is currently and put it inside the wardrobe asseblief... anyway, thanks for everything & thanks to Ben receptionist
My stay is always good. I have been staying since 2016. Room was good but Tv signal is so bad these days. The picture froze every one minute. It’s really bad. Nearby activities: Bar Safety: Security
I just had an issue with getting hold of Reception from using the provided phone. The number provided doesn't go through. I had to walk all the way downstairs to request for an iron, which was very inconvenient. But overall, all was great.Rooms: 5/5
Room was okay. I told the receptionist on duty,that my tv wasn't working, I even left before it wasn't fixed. Great place overall. Rooms: The TV's are still not fixed, told a receptionist on duty on Tuesday 16/05/2023,again they just wrote the problem down and nothing happened, I also left the note in my room,on the provided note pad,but weeleleeeh!

Their staff is so incompetent. I paid for a client in advance and sent the Pop but when the client arrived they charged him again yet i had paid already. Since October 2022 , it is a mission to get the refund. They don't answer the calls, they don't respond emails and so on.Rooms: 2/5
No hot water!!!! I understand that loadshedding and other power failures play a part, but surely something can be done to prevent this?Rooms: 4/5
