We were at Mac Donald's yesterday redeeming our specials from our phones firstly their system was acting funny and all the specials claimed we redeemed even though we did not. It was logged on the computer but somehow disappeared. They tried to convince us to only pay for the ones that went through and we agreed. We moved to another window where we discoved they told us they ordered 3 meals yet it was only 2 meals and one burger. We asked they revoke their order because it is not what we ordered they then lied said no we are rushing them and the truth us the 3rd order was not even prepared yet. One friendly stuff member tried to talk to us to calm us down due to the mess but the manager Noko who was in night shift yesterday shouted at the waiter and told him to stop entertaining us because that will result to us standing longer and that's not what he wants. With the whole confused issue we where willing to leave and accept what ever we got but the managers request to the waiter was unethical and disrespectful to us as customers. He was rude and arrogant and not even willing to calm us down and fix our order for us instead he wanted to get rid of us. I am so unhappy with the service from the Manager Noko. He did not display qualities of a leader instead he was bossy disrespectful and rude.
Fast and friendly . Eager to help with the mobile app startup.10/10... Mabe can up the temp from 13 degree Celsius to 25/26 Celsius. And the play corner was outside cold. Considering a small TV movie corner and some colour... Kid-friendliness: Play area inside... cold winter outside... No colour to open space need more furniture deco and ect..
I was there a few minutes ago...im very disappointed that the establishment doesn't have any soft drinks to offer and neither did I have water as my opinion..the manager who's on duty kept on making excuses and only had apple juice to offer.i happen to question the capability of her work ethics to maintain the store going forward. It was not my first encounter with the words "the item is out of stock" that it even sounds like a national anthem now.
The outlet is useless. No soft drinks, No sense of urgency, No tissue paper by the toilets.
Firstly you don't get what you order. Secondly fries come without any Sault. Will not see us again!!!
Best McDonald's i have visited in long time. Very clean. Staff is very friendly and quick with service. Will come around again for sure.

I would give a zero if I could. I was absolutely appalled by the service there yesterday. Mojape manamela jappe is the worst person you can put at the front to serve customers!! The level of attitude and ignorance received was shocking. He obviously doesn't know the first thing about Customer service!!! I ordered something which was out of stock so I ended up spending double the amount I would have spent just for 4 little burgers, which by the way took forever - so much for fast food. Friends of ours also ate there dined in and they came to our house after and also complained about how terrible the service was there. They gave 3 burgers at a time, so 3 kids ate while the other 6 where waiting etc. I don't know who the owner of this branch is but you are giving the McDonald's brand a bad reputation.
