The Beancounter changed my practice! I now have perfect control to make informed decisions as I receive my management statements soon after every month end. I have access to professional accountants that help me structure and make important business decisions. They are friendly and extremely efficient. Tax, PAYE and salaries are now a breeze! I love being in control!
The Beancounter is a pleasure to work with. They are so professional, their service is excellent, and their reports are so easy to understand and use. Especially beneficial for me as the CEO of a company, and not financially too strong, I depend on the Beancounter a lot! Highly recommended!
Use at your own risk!! As a small business, we had a terrible time with Beancounter. They marketed to us that we'd save R15000 and when we asked for evidence thereof, they couldn't produce it and ignored us for weeks. Communication was very poor. After reading your response and seeing that you've heavily edit it we kept the original, we've had to edit this review to ensure the public knows that it was us who terminated your services and not the other way around.
Don't be a fool...these guys are so good, rather get these guys in your corner or you will regret it. They have been an absolute blessing worth every penny, especially with all the people penny's they saved us, Waldo, T, Sean and Anesca are rock stars Bean counter is next level!!!
We did not have a great experience at all with Beancounter. We paid for a service that included financials and they sneakily backed out of doing them. We had to get a 3rd party to compile them and they indicated telephonically that they would refund us for the expense, but they did not. Our suggestion is to steer clear, much better services out there. They also edited their response to try make it seem as though they cancelled with us, which is not true. You have been warned.
Had a really bad experience with a solo accountant last year. Ended up costing me a lot of money, stress and heartache. Since bringing on beancounter they have literally delivered on all their promises and they have a fan here for life. Thank you to the team for everything :

Excellent service. I have start my own company late last year and logged call to several account firms to assist me with my book keeping. The CEO from The Beancounter phone me back within 30min from logging the call on the website. This was on 20th December 2021, not one of the other companies came back to me until now. Their service is great and they way I am treated is exceptional. Thank you too everyone, you are great. I know my finances are in good hands.
