I bought my mattress at the Montague Gardens branch in Cape Town. I have never ever had such a bad experience with a mattress. I bought it in 2015 and it is finished. I turned it once a month as instructed, but it still is all warped and in terrible shape. I won't even accept a replacement mattress. I will go back to Cloud Nine that lasted me 13 years and was still as new as the day i bought it. I am disgusted!!!!!! Attached is a photo of the disgusting mattress. Ricky Vennard
