It’s very nice. I had a very good experience and also the service is very great.I love everything about it also they made my birthday very special, if you looking for a place to celebrate your birthday Blueroom Hatfield is the place to go. I give them 5 stars   Parking: You don’t have to pay the parking the security is very tight and convenient

This was a cool experience. I went there with my colleagues for a Farewell party nyana of two of our colleagues. It was nice, though the service is not to a par and we were standing the whole time from 17h00 till 21h00. I understand it was packed but there were tables that were reserved for only later in the night, they should have gave us a table.  For their service, 3/5 but the vibe is there.  Love the whole experience and I don't mind going back again kodwa on a much quieter time where it's not packed.  Please try it for yourself, I think you will love it.

I used to be a loyal customer both in-store and via Uber Eats until tonight. I placed an order at 21:07 and it never got delivered, instead it got cancelled at 22:50 almost 2 hours later with no comprehensive explanation and no apology. All other restaurants had closed by the time you guys cancelled my order so there was no alternative plan. I'm not feeling well and I hadn't eaten all day. I even took my medication on an empty stomach. It's 01:51 now and I'm going to bed on an empty stomach. The other time you delivered the wrong order and started dropping my calls when I contacted you to resolve the issue. I don't like complaining on public platforms but today you really hurt me. You guys really disappointed me in the most painful way, after years of support from the time you opened this branch when I was a student at Tuks several years ago. I'm heartbroken and hungry but evidently you don't seem to care. Worst service ever tonight. Why should you care when I'm just a nobody?

It good vibe it nice to be here and the is good music. Waiters are so cool.

The vibe was super great. I've bought cocktails they were on special for two with a same flavor  but it tasted like juice it was a  NOFood: 3/5

Lovely experience. Had great servers and super friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone and by far the best birthday I've ever had was spent there.

A great experience, good music ,chilled vibes. The staff was friendly and very helpful, i was celebrating my birthday and i can say i really enjoyed my day to the fullest. A great night I had and would recommend it to my friends.  Parking: The parking was safe.
