I was nervous and reluctant at first because I am scared of procedural pain but Chanel is such a wonderful person and a talented technician and she calmed me down and she has such a good energy that I was at ease. The procedure is not painful at all and feels like a sharp pencil. The room is also very clean and well done and has a beautiful view. The results are amazing & my skin looks better each day. My eyebrows are on point. I was very skeptical to have the microblading procedure done, just the thought of what could go wrong. I reluctantly made the booking and I do not regret. The owner with a warm personality put me at ease and allowed me to not only trust the process but enjoy it, as she equipped me with the required knowledge. She genuinely wants to see women look good and feel good about themselves. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to have the microblading treatment done.

I am giving them 2 stars since I am generous. I had gone in for a eyebrow wax and shape. I left with one eyebrow thicker than the other. After seeing the reviews I was under the impression this was a knowledgeable technician I could trust with my brows however, this was NOT the case. My brows were for lack of a better word destroyed. It was then suggested that I consider microblading if I want fuller brows. I do have full brows which I have managed to grow back and rehabilitate since my visit here a month ago. I am absolutely horrified to say the least. I was even told that my eyes are high and low. I can only assume this was because there was no attention to detail or care for what was being done. Do not offer services that you do not take your time to perfect. If you are only interested in doing more expensive treatments that you are hopefully more skillful at, then maybe stick to that. Had dermaplanning done for the first time, even though my skin is extremely sensitive I felt almost no discomfort after the session was done. My skin is glowing and so much brighter. Chanel is a friendly and helpful business owner, she gives off a positive vibe which is really nice, makes you want to go back. She also gives good advice on treatments for your specific skin type. Definitely will go back for my eyebrows.

Chanel is very professional and knowledgeable about her work. I had my eyebrows microbladed and felt totally relaxed and confident in what she advised and am very happy with the results so far. I am definitely glad to have found Chanel, the experience went beyond my expectations and I am so happy with the end results.
