I have ordered decorations for my grandchildren's christening. Accepted te quote and was told I could collect the next Friday.  On arrival I was informed that they forgot about my order written on half page in order book? I traveled all the way from Alberton. They offered to "quickly" make it it was 15:00pm already. And then I collect the next morning at 9:00. For the life of me, I still don't know how she planned to get it dry overnight as it normally takes 4-5 days to dry. Bad service from both owner and artist.

I have been a loyal supporter of your cookie supplier and the treatment I've received this time with an order of over R2000, and shoddy workmanship provided has been beyond disappointing. To add insult to injury to imply that my R2000 order, which stems from regular ongoing business, pales in comparison to a once-off order for 3000 biscuits is in poor taste. Moreover when I indicated I wouldn't order again because an order for 6 biscuits was "too much pressure" after these 6 biscuits would not even have been necessary if the job was done properly in the first place, to say "well that's fine" is indicative of your level of customer service. And then to say I'm cheeky? Who do you think you are? I am the the service industry, and let me tell you, you need to learn a thing or two about customer service!
