I was not able to write my exams last year Nov due to unforeseen circumstances and this year Feb I was still reeling from my trauma, so studying was not option. Today I went back to find out if I could write in November this year. Much to my delight I was told I could still access my study material online and hence I won’t be needing to pay R13 000. I’m unemployed and this was the best news ever. Thank you Mary so much to assisted with so much poise and patience. I’m mentally ready to study. Thank you Mary.
I am disappointed with this institution. A I had changed banks and had called to inform them about such. Somehow the payment did not go through, first time this ever happened. But the threatening emails that came after that were too much and not necessary: 1. Curtailment of our services to you. 2. Update our monthly submissions about your payment behavior/pattern to your professional body. 3. Update our credit bureau blacklist with your personal payment records. 4. Forward this to our legal department to secure a default judgment against you. They called my work place when they could not reach me on my phone. All this because of one non-payment that was not on intention! And it was sorted within days. B Admin staff are clueless, each time I call they give me different answers, this is regarding the PC Exam portal. C I was informed that if I am CharterQuest I can use their center for my exams. Now I am told I have to pay an additional fees. D Class rooms and teaching tools were not up to standard. On the good side , the lecturer was very knowledge about all the units he taught.
Waiting for basic assistance for weeks after being given a minimum turnaround time
Please always give charterquest a chance to resolve your queries. Do not be too hasty and always ask where you do not understand. They honestly go above the call of duty. even after I had been irrational they still communicate to resolve. Can I give Desmond and Patience 10 stars.
Buying books from Charter Quest for collection is rocket science. Why can't a person buy, pay and leave? Also not impressed with the attitude of the receptionist the lady who assisted me.
The lecturers at CharterQuest have an extraordinary passion for management accounting. Not once have I left class without being inspired and motivated to push my own boundaries, in both my academic and professional career.
Always the best experience. And if they have a problem, they handle it quick.
