Very easy to use the PUDO app. Incredibly fast. I sent a package Locker2Locker from jankemp dorp to wellington, took a weekwas too large for PAXI and used the Door2Locker from a kimberley business to jankemp for another large package and it took less than 24hrs. Would recommend.

Apart from delivering damaged goods and taking no responsibilly for their actions and inflating prices 10 x the initial quote the service is terrible. They do not even deserve a star as a review. If you are a company that is not white they will disrespect you as is the case many times. They will not communicate with you, ignore your calls and even your whatsapp "i have proof". Very arrogant company and i suggest you do not use them for your deliveries and pick ups.

On 3 March 2023 I sent a document from your branch in Kmbly. I paid with  my credit card. The cost of R120 was charged 3 times on my account, i.e. R240 overcharged. I queried it with your local CG and submitted my bankstatement as proof of the overcharge. Its been a month now and apart from your automated responses I st have not been re-funded!

Absolutely pathetic service. Booked collection for stock they just don't collect, but ads a not that "package was not ready". While the supplier has cctv that doesnt show them anywhere near the facility in that time frame. After another days struggle to get it collected and arrived at our local hub they still call and ask if it should be delivered? After we paid for a delivery. Still no delivery two days later. If you ask them about this, "kindly note that its econo shipping and that it will take 3-4 Business days" while its laying in the Local Hub.

Used courier guy kimberley for the last 4 years. Always had excellent service especially Diamond pavilion mall office. Thanks Guys

Awesome environmentally friendly delivery service. First and only courier service that switched off their engine when making a delivery. Keep up the great work.

Parcel TCG36611990 Normally, cost is about R130   Yesterday my friend took a parcel to KBY office for delivery in Plattekloof. Charge R200 extra because parcel went to a hospital.  If I knew that, I would have sent to AROMAX.  Cost would have been R100 in total.  My cost = R357.50 Neve again
