Affordable, Reliable, Efficient great service from The Courier Guy Komatipoort!
I have been using Courier Guy for 5 years now. Everything from overseas parcels to the regular pickups from the Veterinary hospital in Nelspruit to Komatipoort outlet. Recently I'm more and more disappointed! Everything from parcels that are nor booked in and captured in the system to parcels not collected or delivered on time. I will now put my grievance all over social media and certainly discourage the local communities to stop using courier guy and rather opt to use one of the other courier companies. Either your company has grown to big to be effective or you've lost interest in your business and your clients..
Was at branch 08h00 to pay for delivery from Pretoria to Komatiepoort branch,they can give no commitment for next day deliveryFriday..if...5x more expensive!,are closed on Saterday ..thus meaning Monday possible delivery,normal supplier delivery taken committed for Monday,no use for courier guy service!!
The courier guy is reliable and very fast, the package had arrived at my place within 24 hours after giving it to them...from Mpumalanga to NW
This is one thing that makes me upset when u greet and they dont greet back , one lady did greet me but the other 2 just looks at u and carrys on , Courier guy get people with manners and customer skils, otherwise you are going to loose customers
We always get outstanding service from the ladies at the Komati depot - both for sending and receiving parcels.
