Booked an electrician a couple of days in advance for 14:00 for 14:30. Phoned electro surgeon on the day at 15:00 to find out if the team is still on route, was told it would be another 30 minutes. At 18:00 phoned again was told it has been cancelled, but is now assigned to another team who is busy, but will come as soon as they can. I then cancelled the appointment as they could not give a time as to when the electrician would be able to attend. Whole afternoon wasted waiting, even after booking days in advance. If you value your time look elsewhere.

ElectroSurgeon phoned and apologised for an incorrect billing error and credited the account.  Thank you for sorting this matter out very quickly!! Impressed.  Original rating :Not impressed, i arranged for a coc on my property that i do not reside at, firstly, i received the quote which was in my opinion excessive for repairs. I ended up spending over 9k on this. The my tenant arranged with them as the lights were not working after the repairs and coc. Further R1500 invoice received which I knew nothing about. No quote on fix of 2nd issue. Probably would not use them again.

**Updated: Electro Surgeon delivers a very poor **office** service. They have been late on every single **office** task with the exception of demanding money. I would not recommend them to anyone **unless they wish to deal with incompetent office staff**. They do not communicate with clients to relay important information and relies on the client to push the job. Horrible **office** service. Their electrician Billy did a wonderful job on site and made sure I could see all the items that was quoted for and how they were repaired.

Reliable company for electric work Electro Surgeon and plumbing Drain Surgeon for households and large jobs. I like the way they answer your call: "How can I make you smile?". Everyone need some care when experiencing a blackout or a blocked drain.
