I must say I’m really disappointed in tears and not sure what they stand for. Our cat has cancer and we were not able to afford the high bill that a private vet would charge and then decided to turn to tears to assist us. This is the second time they turned us away and just outright told us they cannot help and would basically charge the same price as the private vet? Here I thought they are supposed to help animals and people in need but it seems its who you know and some sort of condition that she totally unreasonable! Someone told me a few months ago they reached out to tears because they knew someone and was able to get help here we are reaching out because my 19 year old niece us paying it out of her own pocket and simply cannot afford to pay a private vet prices. My understanding is that they here for the animals but i guess its only when it suites them and if you in there circle. Shame on you tears for not helping an animal in need you definitely not doing what you are set out to do and I’m super disappointed in your organisation

I wish I could adopt every single animal there! The staff are all so passionate about finding homes for the dogs, and are so friendly, I wanted a rescue dog and I found him there! Thanks and keep up the amazing work!

An amazing bunch of dedicated people. Animals are well looked after & definitely worth visiting if you want a dog, cat, puppy, kitten ... & sometimes rabbit or other pet

Daniel was very helpful and kind to show us around today. Dogs all looked in excellent shape, considering that some of them probably came in not quite sure.

My family has been fostering puppies from Tears during the pandemic and this was the first time I had actually been there. It was as part of an annual bike ride arranged thru the Lions Charity for a food drive. What a turnout and what good work these folk do.

Absolutely fantastic in every way. Got our awesome pup "Pablo" from there late last year and their service and care for their animals has been fantastic. Much better than others we also looked into.

Tears has 2 animal shelter locations where cats and dogs are being socialized so they can find new homes. They have a sterilization programm and are able to operate the shelter and medical activities due to there profesional staff and volunteers. Join them as a volunteer and you will be rewarded by so much love!

TEARS is an amazing rescue facility,  where you're bound to find the pet for your family. Animals are well looked after and receives a lot of love from staff and volunteers. Staff are super friendly and helps make the adoption process so much easier.

I love this place!! The people who work here though seriously overworked are the kindest souls. They make you feel at home and are super informative. I often take my daughter to go play with the dogs puppies and adults although there aren't always puppies. Spending time in the main kennel section with the older dogs is just as awesome as playing with puppies. Most of the older dogs are pretty chilled and just want love.

A friend had much loved family Labrador who was not doing well last week Sunday. Home schooling her child makes it difficult for her to work hence finances didn't allow for a private vet. Tears were so polite and accommodating and were happy to assist at short notice. This rescue group had grown so much and is making a huge difference every day to masses of abused and neglected stray animals. I will be making a food donation soon and will be volunteering soon. Please support in any way and adopt from their shelter.
