CUSTOM/PRE ORDERS:
Orders can take up to 4 - 10 weeks, depending on availability and collection/delivery arrangements. All orders to be confirmed with a deposit (invoice will be emailed to you with an order number - EFT must be made with your order # or name and surname as a reference)
Shipping fees may apply for custom orders. Courier fees will apply, unless otherwise arranged. Deposits are non refundable. Cancellations of orders are non refundable.
ONLINE STORE:
Shipping fees do not apply, this is stock on hand. When using the online store, please ensure you fill in all the correct details to ensure your order delivery. Courier fees will apply - this will be added at your checkout. No hidden costs. EFT must be made with your order # or name and surname as a reference. As soon as payment has been confirmed, your order will be couriered to you. This usually takes 1 - 3 working days.
RETURN POLICY:
Any items can be refunded at your own cost, if items are in 100% the same condition as well as unused. (Courier and shipping fees are non refundable)
Pre Orders and Custom orders are non-returnable/refundable.
