* Johannesburg World Festival, in conjunction with the Johannesburg City Council, was a celebration of Johannesburg’s centenary. 27 international communities living in South Africa, as well as all 11 ethnic groups, took part in this 10 day event which was enjoyed by 112 000 visitors.
* Miss World Festival was the highlight of Johannesburg World Festival.
* Sophiatown Experience was produced to celebrate the launch of the Sandton Convention Centre where The Imagineering Corporation recreated the legendary and historic Sophiatown.
* Shanty Town - A celebration of South African music and local food culture. The festival was held at Electric Workshop in Johannesburg and was conceptualised to celebrate township survival and showcase the vital role of shebeens through the years.
* Speed Week Africa and Carnival of Cars – A celebration of cars and the attraction of speed.
* The Saturday Star Rugby World Festival – The Rugby Village was erected at the Wanderers in celebration of the Rugby World Cup which was enjoyed by 78 000 visitors over a 9 day period.
* Celebration of the Century – Held on Sandton Square over a 10 day period, the festival celebrated the centenaries of both The Star and Ford Motor Company. This was an experiential time warp celebrating the music, fashion and memories of 100 years past.
