The Nail House

It was all I ever used during the past four/five years, on my own nails and in my salon. The new base coat with lock down is not the amazing product it used to be. It has a strong smell, it strips the bottles off the black glass and it thins my clients' nails. It also is dull after wiping the base coat layer. Please bring the old product base coat back. Same product as in the past and shiny.
