Had my nails done on 25 November my birthday and sat for 3 hours. The ladies were very friendly and warm but it took far too long for the very poor quality of nails. In less than 24 hours one of my natural nails broke because of the poor cheap quality of gel used, the nail polish used was smudged and baked as is, the shape is horrible and looks nothing like I asked for. I had to pay R350 for the nails which is R100 more than Jhb prices even with a soak, art ect and had to pay extra to get the used buffer and nail file used for my next visit even after telling her I will not return as I stay over 700km away. My nails are so embarrassing to walk around with and such poor quality. I am very disappointed and unhappy. I will never recommend this place or return there even as an emergency. More of my natural nails are breaking from the thin cheap gel which means in less than a week the set did not even last and I will now need to get tips on because my natural nails are ruined.
