Hilariously terrible. Ordered donuts, got a hair. Ordered a slush, had to ask for them to pour it. Waited 10min for ice creams, the realised that they had forgotten that we had ordered them at all. Nice portions, if you can actually get them! Good luck to the brave few who go here.
Standing here as I write this. Trying to place my order; no one in front of us in the queue. One lady is washing the dishes. The other is talking to a previous customer and the last is typing on WhatsApp. Asked if she could assist, got ignored. Asked her if she is on lunch... she puts down the phone. Puts her gloves on and proceeds to help the person the queue behind me. Please bring Milky Lane back to Northgate!
