It all started when I was a little boy, I found a cake recipe in my mother's kitchen and I never looked back. I was intrigued with the process from beating the eggs and mixing the flour to create an end result that impressed all family members. With all the positive feedback I have received, I soon had my own source of income a few month's later by baking the best microwave cake the town has ever seen.
I have come along way since my town favorite microwave winner recipe. After graduating from high school it felt only natural to pursue a career as a Pastry Chef.
I completed my formal training at the very elite Prue Leith Chefs Academy in Centurion Gauteng. With more than 10 years of experience I have learned much the Industry has to offer.
By becoming a pastry chef, my vision is to provide clients with the best product and to exceed their expectations. Throughout my culinary career my love for the pastry arts inspired me to create unique, sumptuous desserts and baked goods. My talents have been showcased on multiple television broadcasts within South Africa. I would like to think I bring an artist's vision and a designer's eye for detail to the process.
