Congratulations to Hennie and his team for honouring the promise to come and repair the chips in my pool. Even though the pool was out of warranty, they agreed to repair it. Many thanks. Greatly appreciated. Very pleasant staff.

Called, requested a quotation. Arranged the date and time with "Mike" - 4pm on Monday, 8 Sep. Left work early to be at my house on time as arranged. Mike did not show up or apologise for not showing up. I called a week later at 16:50 to find out why I had not heard from him. He pretended to remember me and asked how he could be of assistance. I asked why he hadn't shown up, or followed up and whether or not he realised the extent to which he had inconvenienced me. He then sarcastically replied that he had no insight to how I may have been inconvenienced since he normally deals only with "maids". He went on further to say that he had lots of customers at this time of the year, and agreed with me that I was just another number. So much for "33 years" of experience in the business. I prefer to support smaller businesses, but dealing with someone with such distasteful disregard for a person's time and role as a customer ensures that I will never return and will make certain every one of my pool owning friends never again make use their services.

Unfortunately very bad experience with these people. Promised for 2 weeks to come out and fix a water leak for which I was quoted and which I paid. But still waiting on them .......

My pool leak which they "fixed" 3 years ago, by pulling up my paving and replacing the pipes at a considerable cost, is leaking again! They even charged me for a new leak detection test, which I had to pay upfront, to detect the leak from their inferior work from only three years ago and quoted me a fortune to redo it! They also say they do not keep invoices from that far back??
