Had a friend who went there once many years ago, I attended his funeral recently in the store, he was almost at the front of the line. The employees are probably not even at fault. I hope the owner is okay. Probably the worst place to visit in 2023.
Customer service is absolutely terrible. Employees look and act like this is the worst job on the world. When entering the store, no employees takes the time to greet you and say you're next in line, or someone will be with you in 5 minutes or anything - just basic customer service. The only reason they getting more than one star is because the were able to print a simple business card. I won't be back, Reprint is far better.
Every time I use the Print Shop I swear it will be the last. This time I'm sticking to it. Zero customer service! The business has such great potential but can't get it right.
If 0 stars was an option this place deserves it. DO NOT recommend this company at all. Placed an order and was assured over the phone and in writing that my order would be delivered in time for an event. Communication on their part is non-existent. I had to call daily to check up on the status of my order. I was lied to several times about when my order was completed and sent out for delivery. The staff blatantly lie to their customers which is horrifying. The only reason my order was delivered in time was because I called the courier company and begged them to deliver my order a day early than it was scheduled by the print shop. The salesperson who "assisted" me, Sherwin, was rude and unfriendly, and yelled at me over the phone more than once. I have emailed and WhatsApped asking for updates, a refund or at the very least an apology but they have been ignoring me since after I placed my order. They refuse to acknowledge that there even was a problem with my order at all. After my order got delivered 100% through my own effort they acted as if nothing had happened. It's almost impossible to get through to them. I can't understand why I was charged an exorbitant anount for overnight shipping when they did not even use overnight shipping. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
I had a very horrible experience with this place. They messed up my labels and when I called to complain, the lady gas lighted me and lied. Half of the labels were printed skew, they said they’ll rectify them and I’ve been waiting since for the rectification of the skew ones. Labels came out fuzzy and looked matte instead of a glossy finish. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
What a great team! Had a little bit of miscommunication and I was on a deadline so Melvin Dhaver went out of his way to deliver them to me in time. What an awesome experience.
Really patheric service..!! i will NEVER use them again. 1st they messed up my business card! 2 trips later and lots of excuses why it wasnt done i printed it somewhere else. Then i gave them flyers to print. Another 2 trips later , and more excuses they eventually manage to print them. Gave them art work on thursday morning to print on 2 small signs. Was told it would be ready by friday. Arrived on saturday just to be told come back monday, again more excuses why its not done, they havent even allocated the job. I refused so they said it would take 20mins....45mins later they still trying to figure out how the printer works.. The staff have a terrible attitude, unfriendly and they think they do you a favor! My advise...RATHER GO TO COLOR DOMAIN across the rd!!
BAD QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I placed an order online and made payment immediately, a week later my order was still on hold. My phone calls were ignored and my emails were not replied to. I received my order 11 days later and it was broken. I suggest you do not order from this company.
Poor service and communication. Every step of yhe interacrion with the staff was problematic. Their email quote system does not work. If I didn't pop in and enqire about the status of my orders I'd still be waiting. If there is an alternative to using this company I will suggest you use them.
Happy to get the customer service at Print Shop!!! Consistently they provide us quality service with excellent products. All the staff are so friendly and amazing. The designer team is superb. I would especially like to mention Akshay's name. He is really a great designer. His way of designing,colour combination concept everything is just mind blowing. I recommend him to others.
