Long turn around time for delivery and then glassware products all broken when finally delivered. Reached out for assistance and have yet to hear back from ProHealth Shop. Very disappointing, poor service. EDIT TO RESPOND TO OWNER COMMENT: I did reach out to the ProHealth Store via the email and whatsapp. No response, hence the review here. I have had many deliveries with the courier company in question. Yours was the first delivery that came damaged. I remain disappointed with your service and response.
After a good research of water kefir benefits, I was so determined to make my own. Well, I realised there are no ready made sold at any of my local retail stores. The ones I saw online came with a hefty price tag, so I decided to just buy the water kefir grains. I went to ProHealth Shop and the owner was so friendly. He even gave me recipes. I did not waste any time and did my own water kefir. I was amazed at the results. I did two step fermentation. And the water kefir fizzes up so nicely. I would chose it over any soda any day. I am happy with my purchase. Since it is summer, two and a half days at most is enough to get the fizzy water kefir.
Found this shop online after a dead end search for kombucha in my area. Decided to just buy a scoby to brew my own. I drove out to the adress stated on Google for the shop, which is actually the owner's house as the shop is mainly run online. We were greeted by the owner who was so friendly and just such a pure soul. He invited us into his home and he gave me a ton of advice on kombucha brewing. My first batch of kombucha is doing so well, the scoby I bought is flourishing. I would 100% recommend this business.
Amazing service! We ordered two dragon plant cuttings and received them within 24 hours. We were kept in the loop every step of the way too. Highly recommended!
Ordered a bag of diatomaceous earth. The tracking number gave an error so I phoned Max who sorted it out within a few hours and phoned me back apologising and explaining the situation. The next day I received an email with a new tracking number. Parcel arrived a day early and I got an extra kg of diatomaceous earth, a free dragon fruit cutting and also a small bag of water kefir! Thanks, great service, quality products.
Payment was made a month ago and still no delievery, I have sent several mails following up as the delievery date was 2 weeks ago. No replies from Max at all since 3 weeks ago. They took my money and are now ignoring me.
Happy to go there, even though it is an online shop, the people at the office are happy to help, I got excellent service and beautiful products. The dragon fruit cuttings look beautiful and the cultures was in great condition.
I ordered Kefir from Max and paid it via the net. Within the same week, my parcel was delivered at my home. Thank you for your prompt and excellent service.
