I was very unimpressed that the waiter told me I have to sit where he serves because he prefer that. The new menu is very hard to handle don't like that at all. Coffee is always good!! Love the cake!Food: 3/5

Mugg and Bean is very loud for me when trying to have meetings or a temp work spot. They put sugar in almost everything. My rye bread was brown bread The service is slow for me. Maybe others are cool with it, but nna ain't no way, I'm waiting 10 minutes for just bottled water. The smoking door is left open, even by waitors sometimes. It's not my best spot, really. Positive: I just like the mega muffins for takeaway, and I'm out.
Quiant little Mugg & Bean in Savannah Mall. It's not quite small, but spacious. Staff were attentive and friendly. Food and coffee arrived quite quick too! Enjoyed my time here and will come here again soon!
