Not a lovely place to spend the night. Had to sleep here when our usual place got fully booked. 1 Breakfast is as basic as it gets. Could have gotten better breakfast at Wimpy. 2The room I was in had 3 quarter beds. Beds are uncomfortable and very hard and the linen is also bad. 3 The shower in my room was not working properly. Took two of the staff members to assist me. They knew the issue stating that there was someone who had tried to fix it, but didn't do it properly. 4 The TV didn't have any sound. Didn't watch it the whole night. When the staff members came to assist with the shower, I asked about the TV, they said that I had to unplug it and plug it back in. 5 The WiFi is soooo slow. Not even worth connecting to. The place looks decent and has potential, but I think there are changes management has to make in order to give it that extra push. Staff is also friendly. I personally don't think I'll be going back there.

A horrible experience altogether. After paying dearly for breakfast, they refused to serve us eggs in any other way than they have already prepared. When our breakfast eventually arrived, not only was it basically frozen, but the portions were child sized. When we confronted the manager about it, she shift the blame to the workers instead. An atrocious service was provided. Would NOT recommend staying here.

I had a very peaceful stay. Quite and safe. I loved their breakfast and the torch they gave us as a compliment : Oh! not forgeting their friendly puppies, Fast internet and the friendly staff.Rooms: 5/5

Good experience and customer service is outstanding, I would use this place every time I travel this side, and I forgot to mention that they use solar geysers, that mean you won't ditch shower because of cold water.
