Can't wait to leave. The lodge itself is beautiful especially with the fact that it is 3 stars, looks like it could be more but... 16:30 to past 19:00 it became a flat, next door neighbour started playing music on full blast, no one stopped them. I do not think there is any management here. Location was good. Rooms were clean, stuffy though. Not far from the mall, a few activities around.

Quality soap needed ,sink getting old , looks not safe to use for face washing,no USB plugs in case of charging phones . The hotel is not look after, I was disappointed on arrival by the condition of the rooms and their corridor. We had a very long three days there and end up buying air freshener spray to reduce unpleasant smell. Management needs to pull up their socks the place is in the very great location, but the standard is not what you see on their website. Staff is very friendly.

I checked in this evening. This place is pathetic. The staff look very sad and overworked The outside of the place is in total darkness. There isn't even a single light on. The aircon was not switching on. We complained. They switched it on but it doesn't push out any air. The place is dirty and in desperate need of a proper renovation. Extremely poor management. An old place could have at least been clean. The corridors have a musty smell. The carpets are dirty. I'm leaving in the morning and will never stay at this terrible hotel again. Please replace the manager or close down this hotel

Absolute horrid experience! Changed roomed 3 times. First one, the aircon didn't work and bed had dust particles all over. Second one, the aircon didn't work and the 3rd one didn't have any towels at all. The rooms have a nasty smell as well. The bathrooms are beyond filthy!  This hotel is disgusting in a terrible state. Would never recommend or ever stay here again!

Was obviously a very nice place sometime ago, now needing a spruce up. The staff looked very miserable and sad. A toxic atmosphere quite off-putting. When I asked the black staff said it was the pressure put upon them by their Boer bosses.....bloody shame really

Rooms were not up to standard, missing pieces of curtains. Some have bar fridges some dont. Taps disoriented and loose. Shower is too small. Buffet meals once its finished they dont refill them. So if you are late to supper, theres very little and you will have no choice to make. Deserts disappointing ice cream melting all over.Rooms: 1/5

The worst hotel I have ever been to by far! The property was so dirty, I got handed a key to a room with the bed not made. Showers was broken. I had booked a 4 nights,  only stayed one night and checked out the following morning.Rooms: 1/5

Their service is excellent, they need to add small bar fridge and microwave on their rooms.Rooms: 4/5
