Ordered mince jaffles which I often do. This time the Mince was smelling rotten and was a weird pink in colour. Complained to manager and returned jaffles to them. According to his kitchen staff -mince fine. Obviously taste buds differ!! They refuse to refund money. Told to order something else . I was not intending to order a replacement after THAT smell and taste. Mr H, the manager still refused to refund. I will NEVER support them again and nor will our company. Disgrace. They got their foul food back and my money with NO refund. He can stick his money where the doesnt shine. I will rather order from someone else who deserves my and the company's money-who by the way has been supporting them for years. Sorry but I have better standards than that!!!
Ordered a toasted sandwich at 14:50 to be delivered at my work address. Didn't receive the sandwich and after work I went to ask for my money back. What a disaster! Lots of excuses, from the delivery guy was at the office 3 times to she can't refund my money. Worst service ever! You wait forever to receive your order, when you want to pay by card, the machine isn't available. For a sandwich of R26.00 it really isn't worth the fight and I really hope the owner can sleep at night and that my free R26.00 will really make her rich. Thank you for your totally pathetic service
This is the best place to get fresh wraps, sandwiches and salads. I know this coz I've been eating here since 2017 and I have enjoyed every order. And btw the shop has moved, and is now next to Virgin Active
