Massive shoutout to Glenn & Joe for quite possibly the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. I got a set of the W1 Ear Buds for Christmas and had to be physically separated from them. After using wired headphones for a number of years and refusing to move to wireless - I was so impressed with the quality of sound, look and feel of the ear buds. I was absolutely devastated when I lost my pack on a night out to find them at a pub the next day with only one earbud. I got in touch with Glenn at silly o’clock and he replied within 10 minutes offering me a solution to my dilemma! I’ve already recommended their headphones to a few friends and would happily suggest these for anyone looking at moving to the wireless option or as an alternative to the apple AirPods.
