Excellent service and value. Clothes neatly folded so I don’t have to Iron. Prompt, efficient and cheap. Staff members are professional and trustworthy. Will definitely keep recommending the Wash Spot to friends and family.
Terrible service. They are under staffed and half the dryers don't work. They take too many customers and left my wet washing to stand for two days before drying as they had too much baskets to complete. I had to rewash all the clothes because of the horrible and mouldy smell it had due to it being wet in a basket for so long. Will never use their services again.
Terrible customer service. Terrible job with the washing. Rather go to one of the many other places who will do a better job cheaper
