Born in a farm near Grahamstown in the Eastern Cape. Thembinkosi dropped out of Varsity in 2001 and went to work at a restaurant in Knysna, where he started as a cleaner, cleaning toilets and doing scullery work, sooner than later he was moved to become a barman then waiter. It was from this restaurant that Thembinkosi learnt basic business principles and formed network with restaurant customers.
In 2003, he joined Liberty Life as the Broker Consultant where he learned more about business, professional working environment and learning more about money and Investment. This is where the entrepreneurial bug hit him
Currently at the helm of Audi Centre Polokwane, Limpopo as Dealer Principal. His main goal is to make Audi Brand the favorite premium brand in the Province by 2020, in order to create more job opportunities for the young, ambitious individual in Limpopo
