Thermo Geyser

We had 2 geysers replaced simultaneously after 4 years under warranty. Service was quick and prompt but the contractor who performed the replacement called Q and J Plumbing cleverly manufactured extra labour and parts for over R800 with the permission and consent of Electrolux while damaging our tiles on the roof causing water leaks and major cost to ourselves. Will never fit another geyser from Kwikot which was delivered full of dents.

We will be needing a geyser soon unfortunately The amazing thing is we have been in our home for 30 years, this geyser is now approximately 35 years old. !!. Congratulations Kwikot on producing an excellent product.

Very good, friendly and efficient service. We love the functionality of their product solar geyser too. Unfortunately, the geyser became faulty within the warranty period I don't necessarily think this is a sign of inferior product - these things happen but it was replaced same morning it was reported. We loved their efficient process and friendly staff. Highly recommended - my go-to for geysers because the after sales service is excellent.

Kwikot PE is Exelent in Service and the Staff and Management Well Trained in all aspects. Will most definitely make use of the Company again
