Once the cause is identified we can prescribe an appropriate treatment/rehabilitation programme, which may include a combination of hands-on treatment such as:
1. Joint mobilisation / manipulation,
2. Soft tissue mobilisation,
3. Rehabilitation in our practice and, importantly,
4. A home exercise programme.
