I bought AAA batteries there a few minutes ago to use at the office but these were flat. Safeway rechargeable.  Went back to that Clicks just a few minutes ago. The manageress that assisted me looked as if she was doing me a favour and most unfriendly. As if I manufactured the dead batteries. That is not great service. I dont need an apology. Just remind her that as customer facing you dont make customers feel as if it is their fault that products don't work, bought at your Clicks. Didn't get her name. Was not worth taking down. She wore a scarf. From receipt cashier was Nkumbulo. He was quite friendly so cheers to him. Send the sour faced manageress on lunch or something. Vernon.

They are not open until 14:00 on Saturdays, despite stating that online.

Never enough tellers. So incredibly slow to process customers you'd think they are taking tranquilizers

Usually a big fan of clicks, but this one seems badly run. Hardly any 3 for 2 specials are these set by store or national? and on two separate occasions now I have been over charged for items charged more at the till than the advertised price - I'm one of those people that check luckily! Makes me think there is some underhanded tactics going on at this clicks. Check your till slips!

I love clicks and i work close by so this store is conveniently close for me to shopping during my breaks but i had to remind a cashier about a special on two separate occasions and on one occasion after i paid, once i looked at my slip,i realized the total amount wasn't correct, when i went back they gave me the difference, however it was still very disappointing

Best Clicks store in the CBD and the staff are awesome!

Huge pharmacy/chemist with every item you’d probably need

Your parking management at the centre are unethical to say the least.
