Third Generation is an asset to our area. Fantastic, friendly and speedy service from Estelle. Ordered and paid for a washing machine on Thursday. Delivered and installed on Friday by two really helpful guys sorry forgot your names. And added bonus, they took my broken machine away as well. This is the 2nd time I have bought from them and will definitely not shop anywhere else. Thank you!!!!
The most DISGUSTING service I have ever had in my life!. I will be giving you THIS review ALL OVER THE GARDEN ROUTE. My husband came to your shop to buy me a Whirlpool Microwave as a surprise!. My incredible surprise soon turned very sour! The microwave had parts missing in the box and the turntable had a crack. We had to use an upside down bowl to use the Grill. He went back, not once, FOUR times. The salesman made my husband out to be a liar. The turntable did eventually break. The salesman condescendingly told my husband that a new one was coming into the shop and he would open it and see what was all in the box. Hallelujah there in the box was all the parts we did not receive. Then Insult on injury the salesman looked on the shelf where the microwave was before we bought it. THERE WERE ALL THE MISSING PARTS. NO apologies! I REPEAT.......NO APOLOGIES AND MY HUSBAND HAD TO PAY FOR A NEW TURNTABLE! Being in a service industry myself I don't see you lasting very long!!

Third Generation is a shop you can visit if you need any furniture. They have a wide range of any furniture to choose from. Bought ourselves a leather couch there and their service is fantastic. The staff very helpful and friendly. Everything they sell is from high quality and guaranteed. Can really recommend them.

Being a very picky buyer I went to a few appliance stores in George. Third Generation was by far the most attentive and helpful, some competitor stores’ staff did not even bother to greet me as a customer. So service was a no brainier. The salesman, Werner, was so patient and informative. He took the time to show me various options and made great recommendations. He also ensured to give me the best price - which really means a lot to any buyer. After arriving home and opening my newly purchased stove I discovered that the oven’s trays were not in the oven - as you can imagine - immediate dread filled my heart and I thought that this would be an absolute mess. However, Werner again saved the day. After my call to him he immediately called his supplier and resolved the issue of the missing trays. He even went above an beyond and personally delivered my missing trays and accessories to my home in Mossel Bay after work. This type of service is too often taken for granted or not given the necessary praise and recognition. Werner, thank you so much for being such an absolutely amazing salesman. Keeping calm and going the extra mile really tells so much about the professional calibre that you have. You really are an absolute asset and Third Generation has gained a very happy customer for life. I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for quality appliances, variety of choices and of course outstanding customer services.
Expect pathetic after sales service when you purchase a Samsung washing machine. The only agent that does repairs is located in Mossel Bay and it can take days or in my case weeks to expect a service call. What made matters worse is that the person I spoke to from 3rd Generation said that the agent said I have 3 screws loose in my head. Who on earth says something like that to a customer? Stay away!!
