Pharmacy is well equipped. Staff are helpful

this is the worst of the worst, left a prescription because they did not have stock, told me they would call if new stock comes in. now more than a year later and expired prescription still no phone call or stock. called them every month only to be told they received stock but was sold out.

Very busy shopping mall. Dischem was a good experience. Very friendly staff that is willing to help with a good knowledge of the products. Especially was helped by a lady at the supplements department. And she was really helpfull with a lot of knowledge. Thank you

If ordering online, their service are very quick with the processing of my order.  Moud the driver is very friendly and her delivery is also very quick.  So far I haven't got any problems with them at all!

Worse Dischem clinic ever. Even the staff, the nurses there are rude. They can't address people nicely. They don't pick up the phones when it rings. I've observed this a numerous times. It's the 4th time today coming for immunization for 6 year old. They can't make appointments and they told me to walk in during the week. When I walk in they say I should have booked. I've been doing this back and forth 4 times and so annoyed with their service. Even on the clinic reception u stand for more than an hour there would be no one assisting there. If u ask any of the staff they have attitude as well. I would rather go to President Hyper Dischem from now on I'm fed up of their poor pathetic services

I require epilepsy medication every month which Dischem Three Rivers prepares in advance for collection. Last month upon opening the packet at home we received only 5 out of 60 tablets of the one medication and 34 out of 120 of the other tablets. Nobody mentioned that there was a shortage nor did we receive a SMS or notification to collect the balance. This month I requested 2 days prior that they have all my mediation ready before I collect however I was told they have no stock. When I mentioned that I take the same prescription every month so they can forward plan their orders I was told that I am NOT the only customer. I don't feel they valued my business and were definately not concerned about my wellbeing and when I called Mega Pharmacy they had everything in stock and I could collect immediately.This is the 3rd time I receive short on my mediation without dischem notifying me.

Probably the worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen operating over a weekend which is the busiest time during a week. There’s 8 tills at the dispensary and yet only 2 are open, also not assisting very effectively because I waited for more than an hour at the back of a long que of 10 plus people in front of me also waiting to be assisted. While one person is still being helped at 1 of the 2 tills for more than an hour?! This is really unacceptable specifically in these times of COVID. Something has to be done here to operate more efficiently, we can’t have people sit in a que for an hour and risk getting COVID.

Friendly and helpful staff working at the pharmacy. Always enough till point attendees to make sure the line doesn't get too long, which is especially appreciated after 17h00 and over the weekends. They should just shorten 'the valley of death' aisle of sweets towards the tills, they are hiking my total basket value way too much...

After many years as a client of Dis-Chem I am now greeting Dis-Chem after the racist letter from Ivan Salzman. I will now support a non-racial pharmacy.
