Their is nothing wrong with the place it's just in a bad neighborhood so you are very likely of being robbed by people when your walking home so be careful
Its not a easy proses, but they are helpfull and caring.
Arrived at 10am and was done by 14h40. 4:40 hours to change banking details... Centre was clean and staff friendly.

This is a place for young and elderly people. Cause at this place is a SASSA, Youth Café and it is also a Youth Hub, where many activities took place.
