I ordered a flower basket last week and I wish to report how very efficient and helpful the assistant was. I live in Port Elizabeth and wanted the flowers delivered in Pretoria. Same day delivery and beautiful flowers. I can definitely recommend them.

Referred a friend to get flowers there for a funeral. When he arrived the flowers was not ready. He was told to choose something from the already made arrangements. I spoke to the manager and while I was talking she put the phone down in my ear. No apology was given to my friend. Will never recommend you again.

Wish I could give no star, but without at least 1, I could not post. Most horrifying experience in my life. I will NEVER EVER make use of this so-called florist ever again. I ordered a heart shaped bouquet with 65 yellow roses for my terminally ill husband on his 65th birthday - yellow roses being a special little something for us. Got an atrocity that resembled a wreath - given the fact that someone named Eddie called the day before delivery to mention that the yellow roses were small and they will add gerberas. I was insecure about adding other flowers, explained to him that the yellow roses are very symbolic, but he promised to do something really special..... yeah right. A wreath... I phoned them and WA them to say I am not happy. I was busy making cupcakes for the hospital staff at that time. They DEMANDED that I return the flowers!!! And to top it all, they do not have any yellow roses in stock. When I got there a woman working there asked me if I was having a bad day because I was livid about the flowers!!!!!! YES "LADY", I started having a bad day when I walked in on that horrid wreath that was delivered to me. I had a worse day when you told me I have to choose different colour roses, when you told me I have to return the atrocity to your premises, when you try to patronize me, when you picked up the wreath and told me and just because we care about each other. As I said on the WA to whomever gets them, their treatment of me as a customer was and still is EVIL. that underneath you can see it is heart shaped!!! When I had to leave the cupcakes I was making to return the wreath and to top it off, you "refunded" me the difference between the wreath and the actual heart shaped yellow roses bouquet that you now had to deliver to Eugene Marais hospital, but you have the audacity to CHARGE me for the delivery. DISGUSTING, UNACCEPTABLE and downright evil place. NEVER, EVER AGAIN will you get my business or the business of the team I a working for... count the cost of 100+ orders for birthdays, funerals, hospital visits and just because we care about each other. As I said on the WA to whomever gets them, their treatment of me as a customer was and still is EVIL.
