This is great hardware I think with all the hardware that exists Timbercity is the best in the country, with every things you need. One of the best thing that I appreciate is that you get a person assigned to assist you with everything. Staff is awesome. We need this hardware everywhere.
Terrible they charge for delivery and don't deliver. They apparently can't drill 2 simple holes for door handles. They can't follow measurements the first time correctly. I had to take it back 2 times to get the measurements correct. Terrible service for a wood company not to beable to drill simple holes. A total waste of time.
Awesome new range of Power tools. I received friendly service and great prices on my boards. Easy parking and helpful staff. Really like visiting this store.
Brilliant service from Tristan in helping us design our kitchen and patiently taking us through all the different boards they have on offer. Thanks Tristan and Timbercity Springs. Such a refreshing experience to have staff that know what they talking about especially when comparing to other hardware stores.

I don't know with the "service" we receive in this country. What an awesome first contact experience with the really friendly and helpful lady who answered the phone to me today twice unfortunately I did not get her name. I was advised to speak to their IT department as I work for a service provider that I wanted to chat to them about. I was put through, introduced myself and then the phone was put down in my ear. I called back and spoke once again to the really pleasant lady who answered and I told her what had happened she apologized on his behalf, which is really not her place but she was trying to rectify the situation that her colleague had caused she said she would put me through and she did but it rang a few times and no answer, I just put the phone down and thought to myself that I have been speaking to a few of Timbercity's branches and each and every one of the staff I have spoken to has been an asset to the company regarding customer service and assistance. Remember .... it only takes one bad apple to spoil the lot.
If i could give 10 stars i would! i renovated my kitchen and one friend recommended Timber city Springs and i am so glad i went with them your project partner! i could install the kitchen cupboards with ease! i would like to Thank Andre and Thapelo they were very helpful, I would also like to recommend their Hardware shop they are so affordable and quality assured! thank you Timber City!
I went to Springs after a terrible experience at Alberton TC. They were extremely busy. Not too busy to help us. If Thapelo is the guy that designs kitchens, buy him a case of Bells. He is worth his weight in gold. He did not complete one but two designs for our kitchen as we changed our minds. Nothing was an issue for him. The selection of board and fittings is extensive. The quotes I was getting was 100k plus from kitchen cupboard companies. The contractor who installed the cupboards did not believe what the kitchen cost. I mailed him the invoice from TC Springs. TC Springs did all our cupboards and delivered for 33k. It cost us 8k for the installation. So we could afford a better granite top which was 30k. All was delivered on time and in full. Thank you to the management and staff of TC Springs. Your service delivery is fantastic, keep it up. TC Alberton need some lessons from TC Springs.
I find getting things done are a bit frustrating. Its a really big company that still relies on manual records in this day and age. Getting feedback on when your cut and edge is impossible remotely. There is also seldom an employee to assist on the floor. If they had digital systems they would cut out many an angry client because you could follow in online instead of going into the branch and be told its not ready after waiting 40 min for someone to go and look for it. It will also give management an idea of what a customer goes through after ordering and paying. Ie if you buy edging how long does it take someone to assist etc. If they did this they would understand why customer get so angry.
Very helpful and fast And the good things about it is that you are a very happy man with a great deal
